I always thought I was living a healthy life and would be immune to the health issues that people suffer from as they get older. Whenver I complained to my older hockey or jiu jitsu buddies about being a bit dinged up, they's always say "you're still young - wait until you're 40!". I still didn't believe it would happen to me.
My 40th birthday came and went with me still feeling relatively good. However, I began to put on a little weight. My energy levels dropped. I developped joint pains for no reason. I remember the exact moment in 2016 when I realized that I felt 40.
The next day I began living a life congruent with my physiology - making health choices that are in line with human evolution. Since then I've lost weight and regained my health. It's now my mission to help others do the same
